From April 9–15, 2026, international seminar took place in Rēzekne, bringing together passionate youth workers, leaders, and changemakers from across Europe and beyond.
As part of the Erasmus+ programme, Seminar “Youth Goals in Practice” focused on turning the European Youth Goals into real, impactful actions in everyday youth work.
Throughout the week, participants:
Explored the 11 European Youth Goals and their relevance today;
Shared best practices from different countries;
Took part in interactive workshops and peer-learning sessions;
Co-created tools and ideas to strengthen youth participation and inclusion;
Built meaningful international connections and future collaborations.
On April 13, participants also took part in a special local event- Youth Inspiration and Cooperation Meeting, held at Austrumlatvijas radošo pakalpojumu centrs “Zeimuļs”.
During the event, participants:
The project brought together participants from Latvia, Croatia, Italy, Lithuania, Hungary, Georgia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Greece, and Türkiye, further enriching the international exchange.
The seminar highlighted the importance of active citizenship, democracy, solidarity, and youth empowerment, especially within the framework of European Youth Week.

We also thank everyone involved in the organisation of the project, as well as our partner Eastern Latvian creative service center “Zeimuļs” for hosting the local event and supporting this initiative.
