Training course “Happiness for You(th)” in Bulgaria
Erasmus+ Training course “Happiness for You(th)” took place from 1-10 September 2023 in Bransko, Bulgaria. European Association “World-Our Home” participated in the project as a partner organisation.
Project was funded by Erasmus + programme.
The “Happiness for You(th)” project was a youth worker mobility, with the aim to equipping youth workers with tools and strategies to support young people in understanding the benefits of self care and inner happiness, and how to actually achieve that state even when facing difficult situations.
The aims of the training:
- exploring activities on mental health & well-being through experienced learning
- understanding the theoretical concepts how to best develop the abilities & recourses of youth
- providing participants with the space to prepare for local challenges connected to the programme
- develop and activity for your community
Long term aim is to built an international network of youth workers around mental health.
