Partnership Building Activity “Tejeredes’”

European Association “World-Our Home” representative participated in Partnership Building Activity “Tejeredes” in Spain from 23-29 March 2023.

This mobility for youth workers aims to create long-term partnerships between organisations with common needs, objectives and values, improving the quality of future joint projects. ‘Tejeredes’ is built around long-term strategic planning and project cycle, and will cover all the different quality features of youth work when building a strategic and shared workflow as a tool for quality improvement of projects and mobilities.

MAIN OBJECTIVES
To establish contacts and collaborations among organisations from rural areas and
working with people with fewer opportunities;
To build partnerships for future activities (especially in Erasmus+ and ESC);
To map and analyse different quality features of youth projects;
To define a strategic and shared workflow for quality improvement of projects and
mobilities
To introduce a virtual space and tools of cooperation and strategic planning;
To exchange good practices in the field of work with young people with fewer
opportunities;
To exchange experiences in youth work in rural areas;
To promote the Erasmus plus programme in the rural areas of Burgos’ province
