LET THE TRAIN UP JOURNEY IN LATVIA BEGIN!

Today marks the first day of our Erasmus+ Training Course “TRAIN UP” in Rēzekne, Latvia!

From 18–24 October 2026, 35 youth workers from 8 countries are coming together to learn, share experiences, exchange ideas and grow together!

What awaits us this week?

Facilitation Skills – discovering new methods to guide groups and encourage active participation.

Effective Communication – strengthening dialogue, active listening, and teamwork.

Safe & Inclusive Spaces – exploring ways to create welcoming environments where everyone feels respected and included.

Learning Through Practice – gaining useful tools and confidence to plan and implement engaging non-formal education activities.

With the guidance of our facilitator, Marija Driksna, participants will explore new approaches, share their experiences and learn from each other through interactive sessions and hands-on activities.

Day 1 is about connections, getting to know one another and starting this exciting learning adventure together! We are ready for a week full of new ideas, teamwork, inspiration and unforgettable moments.
