About the Project
The main objective of “TRAIN UP” is to empower youth workers by enhancing their knowledge and key competences in non-formal education.
During this course, participants will focus on:
Facilitation Skills – Master effective group facilitation techniques.
Effective Communication – Build meaningful dialogue and active listening.
Safe & Inclusive Environments – Create encouraging spaces for learning.
Practical Experience – Gain the confidence to design and deliver high-quality non-formal education activities.
Meet the Facilitator
We are proud to have Marija Driksna leading this training course! With her extensive expertise in non-formal education, Marija will guide participants through interactive workshops, practical tools and hands-on learning experiences.
