Youth forum in Rezekne

On 9th February 2024 in Rezekne Youth Forum was organized to look back on what has been accomplished during the year 2023.

Forum was organized also with an aim to represent the voice of youth at regional level, to create a youth policy planning document for 2023-2027. Youth met with their Council to discuss issues for development of youth policy.
Participants discussed the issues facing youth – locally and internationally – and share possible solutions. Youth forum contributed to the debate on development of policy issues affecting youth and raise awareness of EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027. Youth forum encouraged youth to vote in EU Parliament elections in 2024 and contributed to the aims of European Year of Skills 2023-2024.
